Laura Gosling studied Millinery, starting with a beginners evening course at the London College of Fashion in 1998 and continued through until the completion of the final Advanced Millinery Course a couple of years later.
All of Laura’s hats are bespoke and they vary from headpieces, feather combs, headbands, outdoor shooting caps and casual headwear to an assortment of styles for all occasions including weddings, evening dances, special functions and horse race meetings such as Royal Ascot and Cheltenham.
Laura takes great pleasure in creating a hat for any occasion. She is able to provide clients with a large selection of hats to choose from out of her studio and will advise them of the correct shape and colour to match/compliment their outfits.
The hats take, on average, up to 14 days to complete, with either one or two fittings in between before finalisation.
Laura has a very good eye for detail and enjoys working with her clients on the final fitting for decisions on decoration, so that they come away with a hat that is totally unique and they can feel proud to wear.
